The hotel's location is its strongest suit, being close to the Cathedral and within walking distance to many tourist sites. The rooms feature charming, old-fashioned 'colonial' shutters with unique Spanish-style closures, but having a police car outside the room can be off-putting. Service was exceptional, with a very friendly staff striving to accommodate guests' needs. The dining experience, unfortunately, fell short with subpar breakfast options. Despite some drawbacks, the convenient location stands out as the hotel's best attribute.

The hotel's location was top-notch, close to the historical center and just a short walk from key tourist sites. The rooms had a mix of charm with their colonial shutters but also had a persistent bad smell.
